The "High-Precision Multi-Polar Magnetic Scale" is a product designed for magnetic rotary encoders that can accurately detect even in harsh environments with high levels of mist and dust. The new product, the "CE58M Series," is a magnetic absolute rotary encoder that can be safely used in harsh environments where oil mist falls and vibrations and shocks occur. Thanks to its hollow shaft design, it eliminates the need for a coupling to connect to the counterpart shaft, allowing for space-saving on the machinery side. It is resistant to electromagnetic waves and magnetic fields from the surroundings, and it also has dustproof and drip-proof performance (IP65 standard), enabling high-precision rotation angle detection even in severe conditions. Magnetic type, complete separation, non-contact (up to 10mm) rotation angle detection!! Rotary encoder

This product was born from our company's linear encoder detection technology. It detects the magnetic field of the N and S poles and outputs the rotational movement as pulses. By using a two-pole magnet, a detection distance (the gap between the sensor and the magnetic body) of 8mm ± 2mm is achieved. Eccentricity is allowed up to Φ1mm (±0.5mm). Due to the absence of mechanical connections, it is resistant to vibration and shock, making it suitable for use in rotating parts of robotic arms and construction machinery without coupling. Additionally, due to the lack of resistance, it can also be applied to tension control for films and paper. Please consult us regarding the shape of the magnetic body and the number of pulses per rotation.
